Our warehouse is located in Redlands,California, and all orders ship via UPS. We do our best to package and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please contact us if you have any questions.

We do not share your information with any third parties and are committed to protecting your rights as a consumer. The information is collected for the sole purpose of making Neicy's Knick Knacks a better place to shop online. We do use Cookies to track customer behavior on our website via Google Analytics to improve our products, services and create a better shopping environment for all customers.  
We have taken all possible precautions to ensure safe online ordering for our customers. Sensitive financial information, such as credit card information, is encrypted and protected online for your privacy and security.
Returns & Replacements
We offer free replacement of any item that arrives damaged. For non-defective item returns, we charge a 20% restocking fee.
To obtain authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply email us within 30 days of purchase. If there is visible damage to the outside and/or inside packageing please take pictures of the damage merchandise and attach them to your email to us. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement.
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following condition to qualify for return acceptance.
- Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
- Merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.
We will replace item or credit your account for all returns. Account credit will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase (PayPal) within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. We do not refund shipping charges unless you were shipped something in our error.
Items with Guarantees or Warranties 
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.
Items damaged during shipment
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S. Paracel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.
Damaged Merchandise
Within 24hrs of delivery, If you receive a shipment delivered by a carrier that shows no visible damage, but upon inspection you discover damage due to evidence of rough handling contact us by email. Again, pictures of damage will be asked to be attached to email.
If you have any questions about your order, you can visit your account on our website in the top navigation bar. We only accept online orders, no phone orders. All your past orders are kept in your account history and you can access this information anytime.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept PayPal payments,(you can make payments through PayPal without having a PayPal account), to protect you and your information. The prices on our website are already low, but from time to time we offer special limited time promotions and coupon codes. Each sale or coupon has specific terms of use and any questions should be sent to us via email. If you have questions regarding the price of an item, or the amount paid for an order, please send an email that details the order number,date, and your questions and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Updating Account Information
You can update your account information any time by clicking My Account at the top of this site. You can edit your shipping and billing address, email address, and contact information.
